extra label for transmission process #34

Hi,

The terms transmission process, TRANS_0000000, as an extra rdfs:label 
annotation: 

<rdfs:label>Suggested label: pathogen transmission process</rdfs:label>

While I agree with the intent, could this be moved to an editor note maybe? If 
possible specifying that this is suggested by the IDO group?

Does somebody know if this has been brought to the attention of the TRANS 
developers?

Having a second rdfs:label isn't cool. Use alternative term or (better) have 
TRANS fix this (poor) label

These annotations have been changed from "label" annotations to "editor note" 
annotations.
