The IDO homepage has a link to 'funny love quotes' coming off of the text under "Consortium" #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In the middle of the paragraph under the heading "Consortium" on the IDO 
homepage there is a hyperlink to "funny love quotes."  Clicking this directs 
the user to a non-IDO page with, well, funny love quotes. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mac OS 10.6.8; Safari 5.1.7
