Is there a way to expose scenarios to HomeKit? I tried using the exposeScenarios parameter the way dubocr does it in the Tahoma plug-in.

No the plug-in does not support it, rather on purpose too to be honest. The idea was to leave HomeKit itself in charge of scenarios not the Connexoon.
