Team's Response

Yes. Indeed you can. This is mentioned in the UG, and the expected is the same as the actual. We suspect that the tester had mistaken expectations

 Issue response

Team chose [response.Rejected]

Reason for disagreement: I think I wasn't clear enough, my apologies. I meant that I was able to add students of the same name but different capitalization to the address book. This essentially means that we have two entries with the same name. I feel that this is a feature flaw as you may accidentally add the same student twice, which could potentially be confusing to the user.

I understand that there may be some students with the same name, but it doesn't seem user-friendly to have two students of the same name, albeit different personal details like phone and addresses. This is because I have to still remember the personal details to differentiate which student is which. I think the address book should have a way to prevent adding the same name to prevent duplication. Either way, how many students of the same name will one have as a private tutor?

 Issue type

Team chose [type.FunctionalityBug] Originally [type.FeatureFlaw]

Reason for disagreement: I think this is still a feature flaw, not so much of a functionality bug as I am able to use this application still.
