generator-angular-633 - add missing dependencies to fix grunt test execu... #48

According to https://github.com/yeoman/generator-angular/issues/633 - adding additional dependencies solve problem with grunt test execution after new project was generated by generator-angular.

Can we expect a new release soon? I got hit by this when teaching a class as the Yeoman Angular Generator was working and stable for a long time. Would be nice to release this and update the generator for angular so I can use it for some upcoming training without workarounds.

Has the fix just not made it out to NPM yet?

I can see the fix on master branch but it's not been tagged yet.
