holding off on this. 0.18, may have some bugs: https://github.com/yeoman/generator/issues/708

I would give it a few weeks before switching to 0.18. I would suggest updating after https://github.com/yeoman/generator-webapp/ or https://github.com/yeoman/generator-gulp-webapp make the switch and have worked through current bugs Rob has outlined above.
