Need to update platform.js to webcomponents.js #86

To compliment the 5.0 release of Polymer, the generator needs to build replacing bower_components/platformjs/platform.js with the new bower_components/webcomponentsjs/webcomponents.js

this is in the works. I'm still testing out 0.5.0 a bit but I'll update when it feels solid
