docs(pug): update recipe for pug #765

I got back do using webapp for a simple app and I needed Pug. Unfortunately the docs are outdated with the old syntax and gulp 3 way of writing. Therefore here is a simple PR that will help someone to get this setup.

At the moment I don't have a lot of free time, but maybe I will go over all recipes and fix them.

Sorry for stupid mistake, it was a late night contribution that I never went over.

I will try to do more to help out people. I guess they are using webapp generator.
