Scroll gestures to cycle through tabs gets stuck #23

Scrolling between tabs gets "stuck" if you scroll past a tab with a certain 
page (facebook homepage, ultimate-guitar.com). It starts scrolling the page 
instead of continuing to the next tab.

Smooth Gestures 0.9.2 on Chrome 4.0.249.64 (35722) beta, Windows Vista.
