Close Other Tabs Action Closes Pinned Tabs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Options -> Tab Management -> More Available Actions and create a 
gesture for Close Other Tabs
2. Perform gesture.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1. Expect gesture to leave current tab open along with all pinned tabs, only 
closing other unpinned tabs
2. Performing gesture closes ALL other tabs, including pinned tabs.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 0.15.4.1

Please provide any additional information below.

I just wanted to add that I looked in the place in the code (I think I was in 
the right place) and it looks like it already filters for !a.pinned (I think 
'a' was the parameter name), but it still seems to close the pinned tabs.

Just updated to 15.4.8 and Close Other Tabs gesture still closes pinned tabs.
I have tried with and without SmoothGestures: Plugin - Version: 0.8 installed 
alongside.
