Editing Multiple Custom Actions - Save one - loses all others #546

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click the Edit button for several (2-5) custom actions   (all forms open 
simultaneously
2. edit one or more of the custom actions.   
3. Click any SAVE button
all (new) data is lost for the other custom actions.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected - clicking Save should save the form data for the custom action 
associated with that button.  And the OTHER custom actions should remain in 
EDIT mode (without losing any new data entered)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Smooth Gestures - Version: 0.15.4.9
SmoothGestures: Plugin - Version: 0.8
Chrome 15.0.874 .121
Windows 7 Home Premium SP1
