Add a command to open an image in the background. #562

Should work just like the "New Tab (Open Link in Background)", just with images 
instead so that you can open various images from a page without it focusing on 
the new tab each time.  I'm pretty sure it'd be an incredibly easy thing to add.

Really useful feature, I'm really surprised it wasn't there.
