ADD: Go to First/Last Tab gesture #591

This pair of commands send focus either the first (left most) or last (right 
most) tab in the tab bar. 

I've found the gesture very useful in other browsers. If you have a Window with 
a homepage,RSS feed or table of contents page as the first tab it lets you 
quickly jump back to that page when looking through sub-pages/opened links. 
Conversely, after opening links you can quickly jump to the first or last page 
opened depending on your tab order preference.
