"Next tab" ignores loading tabs #606

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select the right most tab
2. Open a new (preferably slow-loading) tab without, but keep focus on the 
current tab.
3. Do the "next tab"-command

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If the new tab has not loaded, it will not be selected as it should have been.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.15.4.13 on win7

This is still happening. I'd love to see it fixed.
