"Gestures don't work. Reload" message when starting Chrome #626

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Chrome with Smooth Gestures extension enabled (Google is home page)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see home page.  Instead, page never returns (loading indicator 
continually spins) and Smooth Gestures icon in address bar has red exclamation 
point with "Gestures don't work. Reload." hover message.  Clicking Smooth 
Gestures icon presents option to Reload. Reloading Smooth Gestures works and 
home page appears as expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Smooth Gestures version 0.15.4.13
Chrome version 21.0.1180.60
Windows 7 Enterprise Edition

Please provide any additional information below.
Only happens first time I start Chrome after starting computer.

Same for me. Since the last update (yesterday or today) I only get "Gestures 
don't work. Reload!".

But nothing happens after reload or browser restart.

Chrome: 25.0.1364.172 m
Gestures: 0.17.0

Any advice?

I have the same.
Tried switch off all other extensions did not help

Gestures: 0.17.0

Also in the options I can't add new gestures or see old ones (right menu).  
Finally enabling "Allow access to file URLs" crashed the plugin.

0.17 was broken
0.17.3 fixed the issue but creates problems with some sites. Example: 
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5741567

A popup keeps appearing saying that frames are not allowed for security reasons.

Smooth Gestures Don't Word Reload message - Nothing happens after reload.  
Reinstalled but still get the error.

same here, and Adblock Plus does not work either, nor Gmelius. Other extensions 
do, some dont. Win 7, Chrome 27.0.1453.94. Give me back an old version!
