Scroll to Top / Scroll to Bottom not updating display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use a scroll to top or scroll to bottom gesture on a page.
2. Repeat until bug appears. Doesn't seem to happen every time, but about 50% 
of the time. Not sure how to reproduce.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You would expect to scroll to the bottom of the page. The position of the 
screen is properly updated but the display still shows where the user was 
previously. Scrolling the page up or down from this point causes strange 
behavior.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Chrome 22.0.1229

Attached a screenshot of the weird clipping that happens if you try to scroll 
after the bug occurs. Essentially I used my scroll to bottom gesture and then 
tried scrolling up a bit.... odd things follow.
