What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Added a gesture for "Translate selection". My chrome language is English.
2. Opened a German website "http://www.spiegel.de/" and selected a text
3. Applied the gesture, nothing happened
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected translation of selected text to English. I saw nothing
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.15.4.13
OS - Windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
Tried different gesture, still doesn't work
