Image zoom in/out gestures do not work #634

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a gesture for image zoom in/out.
2. Hover cursor over image an perform the gesture
3. Image does not zoom in/out

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  The image should enlarge/shrink.  Instead, nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
  Smooth Gestures : 17.7
  OS : Windows 7 - 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
  Similar issue 557 was resolved by removing conflicting mouse gestures. However I removed all other mouse gestures, and the image zoom gestures still did not work.  I made sure the gesture was attempted over a simple img tag element.
