Ads displayed despite user paying to get rid of them #647

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In SG Options, click "Click here to disable ads"
2. Follow the instructions and donate @2.99 using PayPal
3. Get the message that the ads are now disabled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Ads are still displayed in bottom of screen, along with the SG text.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.17.14

Please provide any additional information below.

The payment can be verified and the page says "Success! Past donation credited. 
Ad support is now OFF.", but it still displays the ads.

You may want to check out Smooth Gestures Plus. It costs a small amount, but is 
maintained by a different person who actually responds timely to issues -- and 
it will never have ads.
