Once again, fitbook has the special nature of treating 0 as a delete, might be good to highlight this in the MSS as a possible extension /branch to consider.

We think that explicitly stating to treat 0 as a delete might be too specific for a use case.

Step 3b encapsulates the deletion of a weight value without giving any implementation details.
