Enabling navigation / manipulation of exercises via index.

As of now, it is difficult for users to manipulate the exercises given that they have to type a '/n{full workout name}'. It maybe crucial to have a internal list representing the exercises for the user, this may not take additional effort too as it seems easier than doing a case matching against the exercise name. :)

We agree that this would be a good feature to have, especially if the names of the exercises get too long. Thanks for the suggestion! It is a valid issue, but fixing it is less important than the work done in the current version of the product.
