Allowing such flexibility can allow the user to use the software in ways we didn't even anticipate. It is a valid issue, but fixing it is less important than the work done in the current version of the product.

Tag seems to be used for labelling the association of the client, eg. in the UG, the example given was Wendy and Lover.
However, it is possible to get the same tag with different casing, making it case sensitive.
Given the context that we have created for fitbook, ie. using it to tag as lover / parent / some association, it may not make sense to be case sensitive here, since the odds of 2 strings being the same within a tagged input for a association is high given that they have the same lower cased converted characters is high in this given context.
