For this class diagram under student details, it is non-standard convention to include in the class diagram that methods are omitted. They should be removed. I am assigning this a severity of low.

The comment added is to add clarity to the reader that not all of the methods are added in the class diagram to reduce the complexity of the class diagram.

If we would have not placed that message in there, and purposefully left out methods from the class diagram without informer the reader/developer, that would be indeed more confusing for them instead.
