"invalid request" when using a proxy #635

Before creating an issue

  1. Make sure you are running the latest version of Yalp Store. Check here. OK
  2. Search for similar issues here. Not found similar
  3. Send developer a bug report using Yalp's built-in crash tool. Please identify yourself - the reports are anonymous by default. I'm not using my the mail part of the account provided to yalpstore. And for visibility for others who may have the same issue.
  4. Number 3 is important. Please do it. It helps a lot. See above
  5. Use the following template to write the text of your issue.

Expected behavior When a proxy is configured, it should be possible to at least get list for apk to update.

Actual behavior There is no apk update list A popup with "success" is displayed

On proxy side, the logs shows NONE/400 3702 NONE error:invalid-request - HIER_NONE/- text/html

Another proxy software shows Received: from socket 5: \x04\x01\x1f\xb6\x0a[\x02\x03default\x00

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure an account for accessing apk listing
  2. Go to settings, enable proxy (here http but socks does not work too), set proxy settings
  3. Try to list apks to update

Your setup Samsung GS4, kitkat, Yalp Store 0.45-legacy

Without configuring a proxy. I can list and update apks.
