Representation of numbers of cells in subsets

Currently using an embedded table with cell counts. In addition to cell counts, it would be useful to have proportion/percent per capture to compare across captures. Micah suggested a stacked bar chart which is a good visual representation of both: counts where total height of bar is total cells per capture proportion where bar is 100% divided by subsets. Also, tables of each kind of values are useful and maybe necessary for publication versions of this data. Would be nice if standard/template code supported optional table or saving table to file for publication.
