queue "sleeps" until next day after completing one set of images despite having observable objects #62

I think this may be an issue with the datetime object returned by the scheduler being slightly delayed from the call. I've removed the date information and now only compare times. Let's see if that helps.

We need to track down an example observation and observing time so that I can test this.
