Add a `sale/terms/Terms` entity

"Sales Terms and Conditions" Management of general sales conditions

Displaying the GTC on invoices is not mandatory. However, it is mandatory on contracts [pdf + URL].

There is (at a given time T) only one valid version of the GTC for an organization.

It must be possible to enter a document and a GTC URL by language.
