Add a BankAccount entity

Add a finance\BankAccount entity There can be several bank accounts per organization and synchronization is done via onupdate on the IBAN field of the organization's card and the first bank account associated with the organization

Fields:

• organization_id
• iban (uri/urn:iban)
• bic
• bank_name
• bank_country (ISO 3166)
