Change all quotes to smart quotes #78

We need to be able to copy paste into Ghost CMS without having to change straight quotes into curly/smart quotes... Was reading this and seems like a line of code is best? https://forum.ghost.org/t/how-can-i-use-smart-quotes-in-the-ghost-editor/14261/10

Wasn't on my radar but is my typographic jam!

Problem with smartquotes.js is that doesn't actually change the source text, just runs on end user machines after the page is loaded. Eg: it won't fix RSS feeds, or readers with JS turned off. Also makes page load slower.

Ideally we find a way to process the text either before you paste it in, or as part of publishing.

Tricky since I know you are almost always copying and pasting into the Ghost rather than writing & editing there.

In what format (TXT, email, Doc, PDF?) do writers typically submit?

Hm. Writers will submit through doc.x and google docs, and we always edit in google docs
