8 months ago This isn't priority, since this is the only user who's emailed us. Otherwise all seems fine.
It's possible we used a July export from Hype to import into Ghost, dunno. That's just one possibility. Not crucial to figure out.

6 months ago Reminder for me to investigate how somehow the user russ016@outlook.co got his card charged again on Nov. 29, when he had canceled. Somehow Stripe had his card 6673 also associated with russ016 , which had ended its paid subscription years ago. He sent along a reference number, 24492163333000004071907, which wasn't even findable in our Sludge Stripe.
No need for a deep investigation here, just a note in case it changes anything ahead of Flaming Hydra import from Hype.
User [sjbrad] emailed us and said he couldn't login to Sludge.
Indeed, his email was a free member in our Ghost, not subscribed.
Our Stripe shows he did indeed sign up on Hype at 2023-07-21T05:36:26.000Z with transaction ID ch_3NWC0rLRnByG5VQf0ietrX01. He does show up as paid in our CRM export from Hype, too.
(I've given him free access through 2024.)
I think our Hype import, done sitting together, was Aug. 3, so I'm not sure why his one record seems to have been missed. All his user activity is here, not that that offers a clue.
