enhance design on paywall block #11

On paywalled posts, which is most of them, we'd like to have an effect where the text fades out as the block comes up. (One visitor wrote us and didn't understand the block as is.)

So, realize this would be development time. It's not urgent but we'll pay for the time.

When we get around to this in weeks ahead, we'll change the second line to, "To read the rest of this post, please subscribe."

We haven't succeeded in setting aside a few hours to do this, with all the BH work last couple months. Maybe there's time this week, since it would be good on FH too, I mentioned in an issue in that repo.
