need help locating a reference number in Stripe dashboard #13

I briefly referenced this in a comment to #10. I'll need you to please help me locate this record in the Stripe dashboard.

A customer says his Visa 6673 is still getting charged. I had thought I had canceled the subscription in Sludge's Stripe and even deleted the card from our Stripe. He provided a screenshot that he's still being charged on 1/29/24 with a reference number as follows:

24492164029000002825608

I can't for the life of me locate the Timeline section on his customer page. The goal is to delete him entirely from our Stripe.

If I can ask you to help me track this down, I'll be able to take care of any similar issue going forward. Chat me on Slack, might be easiest.

I don't know if that reference number maybe comes from his Visa account. In any case I confirmed with Stripe that his account is canceled.
