The yesod init command is deprecated and the scaffolding site is now
generated using stack. Also various commands of yesod executable has
been preprended with stack exec when explaining. Note that not all
commands have been prepended with stack exec (like yesod keter) in this
chapter. Only places where I felt it was confusing/ambigous, I prepended
it.
