.gitignore does not include /www #26

Looking at closed #12 it seems that the shared directory was previously ignored, but not longer is. Should this be in the generated by the kit or added by the end user as a matter of preference? I would expect the former.

This got lost in the changes to version 2. It's fixed now and will be available on the next FDK release. Thanks for pointing it out to us.
