I have drafted a license on the wiki (following the pattern of the DataONE license), assigning copyright to the "YesWorkflow Contributing Institutions". The Contributors wiki page can list the contributors and their institutions (please add yourselves and your institutions).
I will draft the LICENSE and NOTICE files required by Apache 2.0 and add them to the repository.
We need to choose an open source license for YesWorkflow software. I suggest Apache 2.0 which is also the preferred license for DataONE software products.
