fix (zkquiz): update to new sdk version #931

[!NOTE] This PR has been included in the V0.6.0 release This PR is thus marked as DRAFT for a short time, just in case But it should not be merged

To test:

cd examples/zkquiz
make answer_quiz KEYSTORE_PATH=<keystore_path>

This is a hotfix for the testnet, we can have one PR for main, but first merge it there
