Minerstat feed #992

I'd like to ingest minerstat feed which provides IP addresses and domains related to miner pools.

We have already implemented a feed based on mining pool stats which provide fresher data. However, wdyt about ingesting minerstat feed as well, at least for domains. Domains related to cryptocoins are not supposed to changed every now and then and that information can still be valuable.
