[Feature] TypeScript migration #36

A more robust and maintainable language. It is a cleaner language. Refactoring with Typescript tools is much easier and faster. It's just a suggestion but I need an approval to start. Thanks

This suggestion is already in my to-do list a few months back already but I didn't had the time to start migrating the bot to TypeScript. You can go ahead and migrate it, but the TypeScript version will be seperated as another Branch in the meantime (in the future, TypeScript branch will replace the main branch)
