Failure when adding dependency due to boundary for xmonad 0.12 #1

These days xmonad has bumped its version to 0.12. but the xmonad-wallpaper package still using 0.11.\ constrains the version of xmonad.

It is divine if xmonad-wallpaper could update the boundary. I am not sure if there are any compatible problems.
