I found these icons added in the latest version. Thank you very much.

AlterLinux, which we are developing, uses this icon theme for the Xfce version. And there are many people in Japan who like this icon. We support the Inverse icon theme.

I found Some icons are still missing on Xfce. And I found same issue on your other icon theme. (Win10X Icon) I hope you to add these icons.
