办公类软件

calibre: 电子书阅读软件。（捎带一下，它还自带了三个图标： E-book editor，E-book viewer 和 LRF reader。）
sigil：电子书编辑软件

另外 PDF 阅读器（如 Atril）是圆形图标，和主题不太相符，是否可以调整一下。

图形类软件

ImageMagick: 图片阅读软件
xournal：笔记

教育类软件

Maxima/WxMaxima：数学软件
Geogebra：几何绘图软件
stellarium：天文类星图软件

其它

xterm/uxterm： xorg 默认终端。
