我没装过PYTHON，全新的系统，完全不知道哪里安装还是设置��

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
以前访问时是显示下载列表的，某次开始就突然显示
This download page is for chnroutes user who doesn't have python installed.
而我新装的系统也是这样。WIN8.1专业版，CHROME36.0.1985.125M浏览
器，及IE11都是如此

求问要怎么获得
