Middle click on links option does not works #120

Like https://github.com/ithinc/tabutils/issues/168, but also include opening in current page with M-click. They may never works? I tested in Fx19.0 and 28.0 with TU 1.5.28.1. I have not tested the earlier version yet.

It seems to work on Ctrl+Click only for now.
