CPU usage in firefox developer if multi-row tab bar enabled #136

Using any version since March 2016 causes high CPU usage (100% for the core) when you set the multi-row tab bar to top or bottom. Left and right or disabled does not show this behavior. I haven't tried any version before that.

Firefox is the Developer Edition 53.0a2 (2017-02-11) (64-bit) on Win7 x64.

may due to #146 or #147.

Ditto. Not just "high" CPU, but on loading a saved session the CPU is so high that FF is unresponsive and totally unusable. User input is not needed (as per #153) and user input not actually possible. Was fine in 52, first appeared in 53. Mac 10.10.5.

This issue or a related one seemed to have returned in Unbranded Firefox 55.0.1 x64. The CPU usage returns to normal once you select the last tab in the row.
