reset vote tally #4

Why is the reset vote tally when vote stopped? How can I get vote continued after stop and start again vote?

@nguyenvtien If you stop the vote incidentally, just start again and this vote can be continued.

But vote tally is reseted to zero.

@nguyenvtien Do you have any screenshots of this issues? It might be a bug. Could you elaborate the issue?
