Really needs to use inotify. #71

This is clearly not a bug report, but I didn't notice a place to include
wished for features, so I hope this isn't too much of a bother.

but I think it might be useful to revisit the issue and at least offer the
option of cron or daemon. The mechanism isn't that heavy(Beagle's problem
seems based off of the Mono overhead) and one more daemon not so great.
If you simply don't want to code this, but wouldn't mind the option being
added, I could give it a try.

what's the use case for inotify?  would you want flyback to kick off every time 
you 
change every file?  that seems a little heavy.  and it won't save a file scan - 
git's 
going to do that regardless.
