Nanopore reads without adapters #44

I received processed nanopore data and wanted to see the overall quality of the final dataset. However I have the feeling that the adapters are already removed from the dataset. Is there a way to run LongQC without adapter information?

Hi @jjkoehorst ,

Sorry for heavy delay due to my personal situation, but thank you for contacting. LongQC can run without adapter sequence, but it would be good for you to know which kit was used for sequencing. If you're not sure, please try -x ont-ligation, a common kit for ONT.
