Error when connecting to the wordpress port #8

Not sure why this happens sporadically, seems like an error from envoy?

upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error: 111

Happens from the outside and from the machine itself via curl:
