camlp4 / Makefile #10

please change either the Makefile, the configure script, the opam file or whatever. Currently ocurl doesn't build, if lwt is installed, but not camlp4. (well it does build, just a make fails - but that is enough for opam to complain). examples is in the default target and the lwt files require camlp4,...
