Portage Version 2.07.01 #38

Here is the current state of the portage of the version 2.07.01.

Actually the tests passed. But I'm not sure about the new features.

Because I don't use actually this library and I have some personal problems using my time, I don't have the time to create some tests.

Can someone try to use this version to detect some problems ?

Because the new version 2.08 is available, I published the version 2.7.1.3 (2.07.01) before working to the new version.
